Information you provide
When you submit a quote form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, work email, phone number, company or project information, product dimensions, quantity, delivery destination, target date, and reference artwork or images. A form submission may also include the page where the visit began, the page where the form was submitted, the referring page, and campaign parameters present in the link.
How the information is used
We use this information to understand your packaging request, ask technical questions, prepare pricing or samples, communicate about the project, maintain an order record if you proceed, and protect the website from spam or misuse. We do not use uploaded artwork to promote another customer’s project without permission.
Service providers and transfers
The website may use hosting, form-processing, email-delivery, and optional analytics providers. The current website setup uses Vercel hosting, Resend email delivery, and—only after analytics permission is granted—Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. If online form delivery is unavailable, the site preserves your completed brief and offers Email, WhatsApp, and copy-to-clipboard alternatives; the provider you choose then handles that message. These services may process information in countries outside your own.
Retention
Inquiry and project information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote, manage an active or repeat project, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required, subject to any legal or contractual need to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
The site offers optional Google Analytics measurement using property tag G-LYNMPWG9WK and optional Vercel Web Analytics page-view measurement. Analytics storage is denied by default and neither analytics script is loaded until you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, the services may collect page paths, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device information, referrer or campaign data, and website interactions such as contact clicks, a successful quote request, or a buyer-template download. For a template download, the event may include the public template file name and download-link text, but not the contents of a downloaded template or information you later enter into it. Google Analytics may use cookies; the Vercel page-view integration is loaded separately. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, inquiry text, or uploaded file to either analytics service, and advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled in this implementation.
Your analytics choice is saved in local browser storage so the site can respect it on later visits. You can reopen the choice panel, decline future analytics collection, and remove the site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies at any time.
Separately, session storage may temporarily retain first-visit source information—including the landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and a general discovery channel such as organic search, AI search, referral, or direct—so it can be included with a quote request. It is not sent through that workflow unless you submit the form and is cleared by the browser when the session ends.
Security and confidential files
Reasonable technical and organizational measures should be used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Do not send highly sensitive information through a general quote form. If your project requires an NDA or a controlled file-transfer method, contact us before uploading confidential artwork.
Your choices
You may ask what contact or project information we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights.

This operational notice reflects the current website form workflow. It should be reviewed against the company’s legal entity, actual retention practices, target markets, and any analytics added before production launch.
