Structure library

Match the box to the buying moment.

Retail display, gifting, ecommerce, and subscription delivery each demand a different balance of presentation, protection, storage, and cost. Use the packaging cost and MOQ guide to compare those decisions on the same scope. If demand is still uncertain, start with the low-MOQ packaging route for small businesses.

Internal engineering

The insert is where protection becomes presentation.

We size the cavity around the product, opening direction, accessory layout, shipping risk, and material preference. The right insert holds without making the customer fight the box.

  • Die-cut paperboard for recyclable, low-profile support
  • Molded pulp for shaped protection with a natural surface
  • EVA or EPE foam for impact resistance and exact cavities
  • Fabric-wrapped platforms for jewelry, watches, and gifting

Material decisions

Choose by performance, then by touch.

We recommend substrate and wrap combinations based on box structure, print method, finish, budget, and recycling goal.

Wrap paper

Coated and specialty papers

Reliable color, foil, and lamination for polished retail packaging and precise brand matching.

Tactile stock

Textured and uncoated papers

Natural grain and quieter color for restrained luxury, wine, wellness, and sustainable positioning.

Core structure

Greyboard and corrugated

Thickness and flute selected around weight, span, opening mechanics, stacking, and transit load.

Material swatches

A surface system, not a sample pile.

Combine one primary wrap, one internal material, and one focal finish to keep the package coherent.
